Great for the price and has options!

I have quite a few pairs of headphones and love headphone stands with attached trays. This will be my third one and it ranks among the top, especially considering the price.
Assembly is cut and dry - you should not need the instructions but they are helpful if you do. One thing I didn't expect was that you could position the tray either lengthwise or widthwise! The only reason this added time to my assembly was because I had to take a break to ponder which orientation I wanted. I went with widthwise but I'm not sold on it. It's a roomy tray either way. My sole complaint about this headphone stand is that tray isn't very deep. Things that roll can roll off of it. The other headphone stands I have have circular trays and the trays are concave and would prevent your accoutrements from rolling off but this one won't. Granted, it does have a very slight lip so it's not completely flat.
It comes with two extra screws which I screwed into the spare holes so that I won't lose them. They screwed in nice and flush with little effort. You do not need strong hands to put this together.
The headphone rest is nice and wide. I don't have many thick banded headphones but I do hang other things on my headphone stands that could benefit from the width and the dip in the shape to keep things from sliding off. I could also put two pair on here if I wanted to. For reference, the headphones in my pic are Bose QC45s and they are pushed in all the way i.e. if you have your headphones pulled out to fit on your head, the ear part may be closer to the botto of the stand but I don't know if any of your headphones would touch the tray unless you had those huge Focal's with the big overear external speaker things. The wider headphone rest is also nice if you want to wrap the cord on corded headphones around it.
I highly recommend this headphone stand. It's really nice, especially for the price.
